At CBR Property Inspections, our Construction Package is designed to provide peace of mind throughout the entire building process. We offer multiple inspections through each stage of the construction process, and our comprehensive practical completion report ensures that all standards have been met. Prices vary depending on the stages of inspections included, Initial inspection cost is $450 with each construction stage inspection following priced at $350. Practical completion and 90day defect liability inspections discounted as part of the package from our standard pricing. There are many stages inspections can be completed for, we highly recommend an inspection for every stage completion where there is a building stage payment due. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation fees may apply for bookings cancelled less than 24 hours prior to appointment. Bookings can be rescheduled to a new time and date as required, at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled booking time. Rescheduling less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time will result in a $50 rebooking fee.
