CBR Property Inspections is a local, family-run inspection business built on the belief that a good report should protect people, not just satisfy a checklist. Every inspection is carried out by a licensed builder with 15 years in residential construction, ACT and NSW builder's licences, and trade qualifications spanning carpentry, timber pest and general pest management, and energy efficiency assessment.

Coverage extends across Canberra, the ACT and the surrounding NSW region, including Queanbeyan, Googong, Yass, Murrumbateman, Sutton, Gundaroo, Bungendore, Gunning, Goulburn and Royalla, with no travel fee in these areas. As a family business with young kids at home, a share of every job also goes toward supporting a children's cancer charity.
