The sooner the better, especially if you are working to a cooling off period or settlement date. That said, we understand these things move quickly, so get in touch and we will do what we can to fit you in.
We will be in touch to confirm a time that works, talk through anything we need to know about the property, and answer any questions. Once that is sorted, you are booked in.
The property address, the type of inspection you are after, and a rough idea of your timing. If you are not sure which inspection you need, just say so and we will point you in the right direction.
Absolutely, and we encourage it. Being there means we can walk you through what we are seeing and answer questions on the spot, which is often more useful than reading it later in the report.
Weekdays from 8:00am to 5:00pm, with Saturdays and Sundays available by appointment. If a weekend is the only thing that works around your schedule, just ask.
