What a CBR Pre-Purchase Inspection Covers
Our NSW pre purchase inspection combines a building condition report and a pest inspection in one visit, covering properties across Queanbeyan, Googong, Yass, Murrumbateman, Bungendore, Goulburn and the surrounding region.
The building condition report assesses the structural condition of the property against AS 4349.1, carried out in person by a licensed builder with over 15 years in residential construction. The pest inspection covers timber pests, termites, borers and wood decay.
Unlike the ACT package, the NSW pre purchase inspection does not include a compliance report or energy efficiency rating, since the requirements differ across the border. If you need either, they can be arranged separately.
Because CBR works independently of agents and builders, every finding is reported as it is, giving you the full picture before you commit.
