Buying off the plan means committing before you can see the finished product. Our practical completion inspection gives you an independent check of the unit before handover, so any defects or unfinished work are identified while the builder is still responsible for fixing them.
The inspection is carried out in person by a licensed builder with over 15 years in residential construction. It covers the quality of workmanship and finishes throughout the unit, checking for defects, incomplete work and anything that does not meet the standard you are entitled to expect.
Findings are compiled into a clear defect report within 24 to 48 hours, which you can hand straight to the builder or developer for rectification before you take the keys.
