"Mitchell was very responsive, and did a residential property inspection for us in a short timeframe before auction. He was thorough and identifed a potential major issue that was missed in the vendor-arranged inspection. His communication of his findings was excellent, above and beyond expectations. We will definitely engage him again before any future purchases."
