A building report starts at $550, a pest report at $300 and a combined building and pest report at $750. The most comprehensive option, the Building, Pest and Compliance Report, is $1,100. All prices include GST, though larger or more complex properties may vary, a firm quote is provided on request.

Yes. Construction stage inspections align to the standard HIA and MBA payment milestones, covering slab, frame, lock-up, pre-sheet, waterproofing and practical completion, with an optional 90-day defects liability check available after handover.
All of Canberra, the ACT and the surrounding NSW region are covered, including Queanbeyan, Googong, Yass, Murrumbateman, Sutton, Gundaroo, Bungendore, Gunning, Goulburn and Royalla, with no travel fee in these areas. For buyers under a short NSW cooling-off period, pre-settlement inspections are treated as a priority, with most reports turned around within 24 to 48 hours.
